I am embarking on a long journey over the next several months to restore true representation for District 138 and Texas, and I need your help! Like you, I’m dissatisfied with the lack of leadership coming out of Austin to deal with serious Texas problems. That’s why I am running; because I feel in my heart that our state is headed in the wrong direction, and I want to make a positive difference for Texas families. The working families I know care about affordable health care, strong public schools, secure neighborhoods, and a healthy environment. I know you do, too.

Texas Primary Results - District 138

Over 20% of District 138 registered voters voted in the Democratic Primary versus only 11.5% in the Republican Primary. District 138 is one of just two seats in Harris County where the primary turnout was over 20% for Democrats in a Republican-held seat!
